About Us

Optimum Translations, LLC is a professional translation services company founded in 1996 and that has been constantly growing since then. Today, we are able to offer high quality translation and voice over services at competitive prices and fast turnaround thanks to our highly skilled team of experienced language experts.

Our company was founded by Alicia Hinson, a Certified Translator and Member in good standing of the American Translators Association. Passionate about all things translation, once she created Optimum Translations, LLC in 1996 and seeing it grow, she never looked back. Her attention to detail, responsibility and interest for quality assurance makes her a perfect partner for any company that wants to see their business grow. Alicia holds a Translation Certificate from New York University as well as a BS from the State University of New York at Albany.

Veronica Uribe-Payne, our Marketing and Sales Senior Consultant, brings to the company a zest to explore and strategize with the overall business in mind. An entrepreneur for over 7 years, her background includes Fortune 500 experience in Finance and customer relations along with services in translation and interpretation in the medical, business, and automotive areas.

Our company has benefited greatly from a longtime collaboration with Paula Irisity, our Senior Project Manager. She is a professional translator with degrees in Legal Translation and Linguistics and is a Member of the American Translators Association. She translates from English, French and Portuguese into Spanish and she brings to our company almost 15 years experience in the translation industry.

Our team of professional language experts hold certifications or degrees in translation studies and they are members of a professional association of translators. They have a deep understanding of the Spanish-speaking communities in the United States and also of the Spanish used in Spain as well as in the Latin American countries. They work closely with experts in many fields (lawyers, medical doctors, engineers, etc.), when they do not hold degrees in their areas of expertise, to guarantee the success of our translations.
